JAPN 220 Second-Year Japanese I

Building on the basic skills and knowledge gained in JAPN 120 and JAPN 121, this course is designed to further develop the basic ability to use the spoken language in a culturally and socially appropriate manner. Simple reading and writing abilities will be further developed. This course requires a great amount of preparation outside the classroom using audiotapes, videos, CDs, and written texts.
