MBA 624 Organizational and Human Resource Development

This course examines the strategies and operative role of the human resource management function of an organization. Focusing on the role of human resource development (HRD) in the organization based upon individual and organizational needs, it explores the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of HRD systems. It also examines how the HRD function should be designed and functions within the organization.
