MIST 350 Information Quality and Security

Students will explore information quality (IQ) in relation to information security frameworks and ethical frameworks emphasizing social responsibility where stewardship of information and corporate knowledge is an individual as well as corporate responsibility. Emphasis will be placed on data quality (DQ) and information quality (IQ), as well as industry best practices for mapping quality information to organizational security practices.
